Jeff Ambio
Short Bio: During the 10 years after launching his career in the numismatic industry, Jeff Ambio has held positions at Heritage Auction Galleries, Superior Galleries, Bowers & Merena and Rare Coin Wholesalers. Before starting his "Strategy Guide Series" with Zyrus Press, Ambio was already a widely read numismatic author, using his in-depth knowledge and skill of numismatic cataloging. His articles and writings have appeared in Rare Coin Numismatic Trends, The Gobrecht Journal, Numismatic News and Coin World.
Ambio now works as a consultant for rare coin auction houses and firms. He resides in Texas with his family and enjoys freshwater fishing and studying European military history.

Mike Byers
Short Bio: Mike Byers has been buying and selling mint errors for the past 25 years. Today, he is President of the Byers Numismatic Corp, operating out of his office in San Clemente, CA. He is the Editor of Mint Error News Magazine, and his latest work, World's Greatest Mint Errors, (published by Zyrus Press) is due to release in early 2009.

J.H. Cline
Short Bio: Mr. Cline has been in the numismatic industry for over 45 years. His love and passion for coins has made him a respected numismatist in the industry. Over the years, he has not only written Standing Liberty Quarters in four updated editions, but he has also authored many articles, which have appeared in Coin World, Numismatic News, Coins Magazine, The Numismatist and The Coin Dealer Newsletter. Today he operates out of his office in Palm Harbor, FL, with his wife Vicki to help him at his side.

Charles Daughtrey
Short Bio: Charles Daughtrey has been a collector since the early 1980s, focusing on die varieties since 1985. He became interested in web development in the 1990s and one of his first online projects became his study of the Lincoln cent on www.coppercoins.com. Today, Daughtrey shows his artistic talent in his sketches of designers of U.S. coins.

Kevin Flynn
Short Bio: Kevin Flynn was introduced to coin collecting from the Boy Scouts. After graduating with a Masters of Engineering in Computers at Penn State University, Flynn served in the American Red Cross. In 1989, he started studying coins again, specifically the Two Cent series. After 5 years of research, he wrote his first numismatic book, Getting Your Two Cents Worth. Today, Flynn is the author of over a dozen books on various types of coins and is one of the most widely read numismatic authors.

Mark Goodman
Short Bio: Mark Goodman started collecting coins as a child. After a long hiatus during his high school and college years, he began collecting again in the year 2000. He started taking pictures of his coin purchases with an old digital camera to post up on online forums, but realized his camera lacked the kind of high power resolution he wanted to see. After upgrading to a digital SLR camera, he started developing his own numismatic photography techniques, which resulted in 2 articles on coin photography and his new book Numismatic Photography. Today, he runs a part time business on www.coinimaging.com where he takes coin photos for collectors and commercial clients.

Kathy Gottberg
Short Bio: Kathy Gottberg became a real estate broker in 1983. She started writing about escrow and real estate related matters in 1985 and continues to the present time. Kathy and her husband Thom have bought and sold numerous homes and investment properties during the last 25 years and continually use the information contained in this book to buy and sell property successfully. Charles M Larson
Short Bio: Charles M. Larson is originally a native of Michigan who grew up in California. He is an artist, a lifelong student and aficionado of history, and writer who makes his home in Orem, Utah with his wife of thirty-four years and his family.
His latest book, Destroying Angel, has earned glowing praise. He is also the author of By His Own Hand Upon Papyrus: A New Look at the Joseph Smith Papyri (1992) and the award-winning Numismatic Forgery, published by Zyrus Press in 2004.

Joe Orlando
Short Bio: Joe Orlando has been a collector of sportscards and memorabilia for over 20 years. Orlando attended Westmont College where he studied communications and was the starting catcher for the baseball team. After a brief stint in the minor leagues, Orlando obtained a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in the spring of 1999. During the last nine years, Orlando has authored several collecting guides and dozens of articles. His first book, The Top 200 Sportscards in the Hobby, was released in the summer of 2002. Orlando has appeared on several radio and television programs as a hobby expert including ESPN's award-winning program Outside the Lines and HBO's Real Sports, as the featured guest. Currently, Orlando is the President of PSA and PSA/DNA, the largest trading card and sports memorabilia authentication services in the hobby. He is also Editor of the company's nationally distributed Sports Market Report.

Douglas Winter
Short Bio: Douglas Winter became interested in coins at an early age. By the time he was thirteen, Winter was a fixture at coin conventions where he bought and sold coins.
After graduating from college, Winter went to work for a numismatic firm in 1982 where he served as Director of Research. In 1985, Winter established his own firm, Douglas Winter Consulting (renamed Douglas Winter Numismatics in 1989), specializing in rare and choice American gold and silver coins struck in the 18th and 19th centuries. Today, Winter is regarded as one of the leading experts in the field of United States gold coins.
He is the author of several books on branch mint gold coinage (Dahlonega, Carson City, New Orleans, and Charlotte) and books on Type One, Type Two and Type Three double eagles.
