Companies in the business of reselling publications exclusively to Retailers may qualify as a Distributor.
(If you are a Retailer or engage in Retail Sales, please see below for the Retailer Application pdf.)

If you are already an account holder, and would like to order from this site, please call Customer Service (888) 622-7823 for a unique Username and Password. Once you login, you will be able to see your wholesale prices.
2) You can order from one of our distributors.
Retail Public
You have two ways to order:
1) Retail customers may order from this site by registering. You may also call Customer Service at (888) 622-7823 to place your order.
2) You can order from one of our retailers.
