Return Policy

 

You may return books sold by Zyrus Press within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping cost, but only if the return is a result of our error. Errors by Zyrus Press are limited to defects in the timing or place of delivery, or if the book you ordered does not match the book we shipped. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (unless you are seeking a like-kind replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped title). We cannot accept returns of any book if: It is returned more than 10 days after delivery; It was used; It is not in its original condition, shows signs of use, or was damaged after you received it.
